These terms apply when you use californiagirlcookbook.com or buy anything from California Girl Cookbook. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Your purchase

Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. All sales are final as described in our Refund Policy.

Personal use only

Our cookbooks, PDFs, recipes, photos and Cookbook Club content are for your own personal, household use. Please do not share, copy, resell, post or distribute them, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Sharing a recipe you love with a friend is fine; sharing the files or your login is not.

Cookbook Club membership

Your one-time $50 payment gives you access to the Cookbook Club for as long as we operate it, including new seasons as they are released.
Your membership is tied to the email you used at checkout and is for one person or household. Accounts may not be shared.
We may suspend access to accounts that are shared or used to copy content.
Features marked "Coming soon" are planned but not guaranteed by a specific date.

Our recipes and content are for general information and inspiration. They are not medical or nutrition advice and are not a substitute for guidance from your doctor or a registered dietitian. To the extent allowed by law, California Girl Cookbook is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or products, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
